General Hospital Spoilers: Nathan’s Secret Blown Wide Open, Cullum’s Revenge Changes Everything

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) could be headed for more trouble than he bargained for.

From the moment Nathan found out Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) was involved in the shooting on Pier 55, he’s been working hard to offer protection.

Nathan’s feelings for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) are certainly part of why he wants to keep Rocco safe. Rocco means everything to Lulu, who’d be devastated if she had to watch him face legal consequences or get eliminated by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

Nevertheless, secrets tend to leak in Port Charles, so there’s no way this Rocco cover-up will last forever. Cullum is a smart man who’s going to figure out the truth sooner or later, so we have to consider what he’ll do once that happens.

In addition to whatever danger is headed Rocco’s way, Nathan could face danger of his own. Once Cullum realizes Nathan hid the truth, he’s going to want Detective West to pay for that.

Nathan could be at risk of ending up like Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but the writers may ultimately take a more creative path to Cullum’s revenge. What if Cullum gets back at Nathan by exposing the fact that he’s not Nathan at all?

There have been plenty of warning signs to suggest that “Nathan” isn’t the real thing. The biggest hint came when Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) hinted about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) having a fourth kid.

That immediately led to GH viewers speculating on social media and predicting that “Nathan” might actually be his twin brother. Cullum may know all about that and was likely instrumental in making it seem like the real Nathan had been resurrected.

Of course, Cullum won’t want any of his own dirty deeds to come out, so he’ll need to be careful about anything he spills and how he spills it.

However, we could imagine Cullum anonymously sending evidence of Nathan’s real identity to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) since he’s so suspicious about Nathan’s missing years.

Cullum might even secretly send Lulu proof that Nathan isn’t who he claims to be. Perhaps Lulu could receive some anonymous info for a news story and wind up horrified to learn Nathan is still deceased.

Lulu might find out “Nathan” has been lying to her from day one if his memory loss is all an act.
