General Hospital Spoilers: Nathan’s Twin Brother Reveal Rocks Lulu, Major Dating Downfall Brewing?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) may not have the bright future they’re hoping for.

Nathan and Lulu have already faced one big challenge due to Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) reaction to their dating decision, but a far worse crisis may be brewing.

The March 19 episode brought a shocking clue that could tie in with Nathan’s storyline. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) mentioned Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) having four kids during her discussion with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), so let’s unpack that news.

GH fans already knew about the existence of Britt, Nathan and Peter August (Wes Ramsey), so who is this fourth kid that Britt’s pointing to? The writers must’ve been trying to include a crucial hint for fans to hopefully pick up on.

From the get-go, Nathan’s resurrection was rather hard to believe. After all, Nathan’s loved ones saw him dead in the casket and so did viewers watching his funeral scenes play out.

It’s true that Nathan’s body is missing from his grave, but Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) could’ve arranged that to back up the story. In reality, “Nathan” could actually be a long-lost twin.

Nathan’s identical twin brother would be a DNA match for Nathan, so that’s something to think about. Although the fingerprints would’ve been different, Cullum could’ve rigged that evidence to make Nathan seem like the same guy.

Regardless, a twin curveball would explain a lot! Britt was wary of “Nathan” when he woke up in the hospital and even tried to keep James West (Gary James Fuller) away from him at first.

Perhaps that was because Britt knew “Nathan” was actually his twin brother, which would make him James’ uncle.

Britt may not have liked the idea of fake Nathan getting too close to James early on, especially since Nathan is likely caught up in Cullum and Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) dangerous operation.

Of course, Britt’s had enough problems of her own to deal with, so she may have eventually accepted that Nathan’s brother was taking over his life.

This potential fake-out has made Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) happy, so that may have been part of Britt’s decision to let it go, too.

As for the past, Liesl might’ve been led to believe that Nathan’s twin didn’t survive when he came into the world. Since this story is a rewrite, the show will have to tweak things a bit and try to explain.

Whatever the case, there have been red flags in Nathan’s behavior from the moment he popped back up in PC. Even Maxie sensed that something was off with Nathan in the cemetery, though she ultimately guessed his secret Lulu romance was the problem.

Nathan and Lulu are on cloud nine now that their dating plans have moved forward, but it’s just a matter of time until disaster strikes. Lulu may be in for a rude awakening if she finds out she’s actually dating Nathan’s twin brother instead!

General Hospital spoilers say Nathan and Lulu’s bubble is bound to burst one way or another, so stay tuned. Don’t forget to make us your favorite GH hotspot for all the exciting General Hospital spoilers and news you’re looking for.
