General Hospital Spoilers: Ned’s Loose Lips Could Sink Drew And Carly’s Ship

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has been visiting Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) at the hospital during Willow’s stay. He and Michael both agreed while they are continually at odds over ELQ, family comes first and Ned is going to be there to support both of them during this trying time.

However, that doesn’t mean Ned won’t speak his mind when the time is right — even if it’s not to Michael. When Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is nearby and manages to overhear Ned’s complaints, she just might use the information she gleans to her advantage — especially if it means it won’t be traced back to her.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves Knows Too Much

When Nina happens to catch wind of Ned’s not-so-discreet whispers about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) alleged insider trading deal, and his willingness to be the bigger person — in his eyes — and not report them, Nina’s eyes will grow larger than ever. She meant it when she told her bestie, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), that she wouldn’t rest until she successfully sought revenge on Carly for all she has done.

General Hospital spoilers show Sonny isn’t going to like this, and Nina probably isn’t thinking very clearly about the consequences of her action while feeling entitled to make Carly pay for her own. However, Sonny isn’t likely to see Nina’s personally-imposed punishment as a natural consequence of Carly’s choices.

Nina would never have imagined she would ever want to do anything to hurt Drew. He’s been a solid friend to her until now. Nina knows Drew isn’t the type to pick sides in a fight; so she never would have expected him to support her hatred for Carly — his other friend.

But seeing that he has chosen to adopt even stronger feelings for Carly, and knowing that he’s seemingly forgiven her for lying to him and sabotaging his search for Willow’s birth parents, Nina will feel strongly that Drew has made his choice and deserves whatever consequences are served up. Who’s to say Nina can’t help push them along?

Carly and Drew have kept their insider trading deal gone wrong a secret. Besides Ned and Michael, no one really knows what they’ve done. However, Carly did share the reason for keeping their relationship hush with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but he hasn’t told Nina anything about it. When the SEC comes knocking to investigate the nature of Drew and Carly’s relationship, Sonny won’t suspect Nina because he’ll believe she was in the dark.
