General Hospital’s Kendra Lennon (Michelle Argyris) may have had something to do with Neil’s relationship with Alexis being reported to the medical board since he was in Alexis’ room at the hospital a great deal. Kendra could have sent the original report, but Kendra could not have reported him being at the accident scene since she was dead. Could Kendra’s mother have picked up on her vendetta against Alexis and turned Neil in after the fact? Someone else would have had to pick up and report the accident and Neil’s presence there.

General Hospital’s Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) had several followers who could have been behind the reports. After all, Shiloh was the one who called Kendra and sent her after Alexis in the first place. Could Shiloh have left word with Daisy Kwan (Kelsey Wang) to report Neil just to hurt Alexis more? Shiloh could have instructed Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) to report Neil and Alexis’ relationship.

Shiloh wanted to hurt anyone connected to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Kristian Corinthos Davis (Lexie Ainsworth). Nelle hates anyone associated with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) so her being the culprit is a safe bet.

Could Julian be the one to sabotage Alexis’ relationship with Neil? After all, Julian was happy with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) until she slept with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and then left town.
