General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle’s Not Impressed With Michael’s Latest Move – Makes Life At Quartermaine Mansion A Living Hell

General Hospital spoilers tease that Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) is miserable and it will be because Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has stuck her in the Quartermaine boathouse, instead of a posh suite in the mansion, in an upcoming episode of GH!

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Benson Archer Was Bragging To Everyone Who Would Listen About Her Moving Into The Mansion

Of course, Nelle was bragging to everyone and anyone who would listen, and some that wouldn’t listen that Michael was moving her into the Quartermaine mansion! General Hospital viewers will recall that Nelle first bragged to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) about Michael moving her into the mansion and Carly just walked off laughing, and told her she didn’t have time to listen to Nelle’s delusions!

She showed up at the front door of the mansion wanting to know where her suite was, and Brooke Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) answers. She tells her Michael told her she could live in the mansion. Brooke Lynn also thinks she’s delusional. Finally Michael comes home and explains Nelle will be living in the boathouse; Nelle is shocked, and asks him, “You mean – with the BOATS?!” She will find any boats are outside the house itself.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Benson Archer Hasn’t Been The Only One To Live In The Boathouse

Nelle hasn’t been the only one to live in the boathouse over the years on GH. It has been best known, however, as a place to fool around – once Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) found Emily Quartermaine (Natalia Livingston) fooling around with Xander Smith (Chad Brannon) in the boathouse, and later it was the favorite place for Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan, then Julie Marie Berman) to meet. Later, when Johnny’s father, Anthony Zacchara (Bruce Weitz) was murdered, his body was stashed in the boathouse temporarily!

It’s not a shack, there are blinds, drapes, and furniture so even though it is called the “boathouse” it’s not just a garage where boats are kept in! It would make a nice little apartment for Nelle, if she didn’t consider it “beneath her”! Michael’s not even charging her any rent, how ungrateful can she be?

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Benson Archer Was Expecting A Sumptuous Suite And The Boathouse Is More Like A Cheap Motel

When Michael told Nelle he was moving her to the Quartermaine ESTATE, she ASSUMED it would be a sumptuous suite in the MANSION, not a separate BOATHOUSE on the property – no servants, no chandeliers, no cook! She has to cook her own meals in the small kitchenette – she should be grateful there’s not an outhouse! But she’s miserable!

But she does have a plan – since she’s so close, she will go for frequent visits to the mansion and will hang out in it as often and as long as she can, planning to be such a pest that the Quartermaines will gladly pay her much more than her shares are worth just to leave the property and leave them alone!
