Josslyn struggled over the loss of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), which led to her growing increasingly determined to take Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) down. That whole mess with Cyrus played a big role in why Josslyn joined the WSB in the first place.
Of course, Josslyn also feels obligated to fight against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and everyone like him. However, it’s sad to see Josslyn missing out on personal connections and opportunities because she’s so fixated on WSB drama.
Josslyn got romantically entangled with S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) for a bit, but that went nowhere fast. The only thing Vaughn and Josslyn’s forbidden romance accomplished was getting Vaughn shipped off to parts unknown for defying Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) orders.
Vaughn was arguably too old for Josslyn anyway, so it’d be nice to see her get a love interest that’s a little closer to her age. Regardless, Josslyn could potentially have a new boyfriend brewing if some behind-the-scenes casting hints are proven right.
There’s buzz from GH insiders about some new men being cast on the show. One of the new guys is supposedly going to be for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), but there should be another man or two up for grabs as well.
With that in mind, maybe the show’s also in the process of casting a new love interest for Josslyn. It’s been a while since Josslyn had someone to fall for, so it’d be great to see her paired up with some handsome, kind character who she actually has chemistry with.

Although some viewers are still rooting for the show to undo Dex’s demise and put him back in Josslyn’s orbit, there are no signs of that happening so far. Dex may remain deceased unlike Britt and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
As for Vaughn, there’s no point in bringing him back when Josslyn could just have a clean-slate romance with someone else. Brennan has been adamant about keeping Josslyn apart from Vaughn, so maybe her next love interest should have no WSB ties.
Whatever the case, Josslyn might get a new boyfriend before you know it, so stay tuned for any romantic news that’s headed her way.
