GH spoilers for the week of March 21 reveal that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) tries to find out what caused Willow to collapse. However, there will be something puzzling that confuses the doctor. It is suggested that it could be the key that forces Harmony Miller (temporarily played by Priscilla Garita) to confess the truth.
It is also teased that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will continue trying to identify the stalker. Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will pay Sonny a visit. Speaking of Sonny, expect him to get some surveillance underway.
This could be connected to Sonny finding out the truth about Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) passion tape. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) rejects Sonny’s help after his arrest. So, maybe Sonny finds another way to earn redemption. The surveillance just might expose Esme.

With Harmony keeping the secret that she isn't Willow's biological mother. I very much doubt that Willow is pregnant. Willow being pregnant wouldn't be a medical mystery.
Why not. That's what the writers do when they can't think of anything else to do with a boring, uninteresting charecter. And you don't get anymore boring and uninteresting that Willow.
