General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, July 20-August 7, hint at rivalries, fights, consequences and even romance. Let’s get started dishing all of the dirt GH fans!

The week of July 20-24

The week of July 20-24 sees not well Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) go back to the PCPD—not a good idea.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) steps aside as police commissioner and in comes a lady who sees dead people.

Anna is on a secret mission and signs are good that she reinstates Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) as a detective, so there’s that.

Meanwhile, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) bump into each other and fireworks go off. They are both working at GH and this could be a case of hate turning to love eventually.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) return from their getaway and at some point Stone Cold has to deal with Britt.

Jason has big changes to make and spoilers hint that he drops his leather jacket for something more respectable.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is thrilled to have Jason back and gets busy keeping a secret from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

At the same time, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wants Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to break up Calentin and Valentin has to figure out how to access the black box he found at Wyndemere.

Elsewhere, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) gets cozy with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) challenges Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who is regaining his mobility. As a result, during the week of July 27-31, Willow could act against Liz and/or Drew!

The week of July 27-31

Look for SORAS’d Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) to potentially thwart Willow. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) must now co-parent which could lead her to change her statement about Curtis’ assault charge so that he doesn’t miss months of their son’s life.

Such a good deed would also thank Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) for delivering her baby but what about injured Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)?

There will be heartwarming scenes of legendary vets Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) cooing over the new baby, and Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) friend, Quinn (Jequan Jackson), returns.

On Thursday, July 30 The Young and the Restless alum Kelly Kruger (ex-Mackenzie Brown) appears as Serena Baldwin and mystery man Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) debuts.

The week of August 3-7

The week of August 3-7 brings repercussions from Serena and Hudson’s arrivals and look for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to be affected.

Serena aids Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) at Deception, at the same time tangling with BLQ and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

As for Hudson, rumors suggest that he is Phoebe Wilson’s (Lucia and Luna Creighton) bio dad. If this is true, he may not even know that Phoebe exists or about Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Dean) role in her life.
