General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas a Fugitive – Will Liz Help Hide Her Old Friend From Authorities?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) is about to be revealed alive! There will certainly be a lot of fallout from the revelation. Nikolas will certainly have to answer for a lot of his recent actions. But as viewers recall, at the time of Nikolas’ “death”, he was a fugitive and that will still be the case now that law enforcement learns he is alive.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine still has a lot to accomplish

Nikolas is still working to restore the Cassadine fortune back to him and his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel). He won’t be able to do that if he’s in jail, so look for him to turn to an old friend to help him, at least until he can see that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is disinherited. In recent weeks, Nikolas has burned a lot of bridges with his action, but there is still one person he might be able to turn to.

GH Spoilers – The Hayden Barnes factor

Look for Nikolas to seek out Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) for help. Liz and Nikolas share a lot of history, going from friends to lovers and back to friends. Liz will likely be reluctant at first, especially if she finds out about his role in sending her sister, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) into hiding and away from her own daughter. Not only that, Liz and Franco (Roger Howarth) have finally just reunited. Franco just got his memory back, so Liz was counting on rebuilding her family and just enjoying their time together.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine will still have a pull

But given their past, and the love that they have, whether as friends or lovers, Liz will likely find herself giving in and helping Nikolas any way she can. She might find him a place to hide or bring him food. They will always have a bond, and in honor of that, Liz will be drawn into Nikolas’ quest. And it will likely require her keeping all of this from Franco. Liz could be putting herself and her family at risk if Valentin goes after them to get to Nikolas. Not to mention the trouble Liz could find herself in for aiding and abetting a fugitive!
