General Hospital spoilers reveals when Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) showed up at Wyndemere last week with his luggage on the barge, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) knew there was no turning back now. He would have to let Victor move in, and he would have to figure out how to keep him away from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) later.

However, later is going to come quickly as Victor starts poking around. That castle is a big place, but its halls echo. When Victor hears what sounds like a woman’s voice though, he’s going to assume it’s someone else — Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Nikolas’ latest lover.

Victor is going to think he’s pretty clever when he catches on to Nikolas and Elizabeth slinking around the castle’s many rooms, whispering what seems like sweet nothings into one another’s ears. The truth is, they’re sneaking around trying to talk about Esme’s condition and what the next step should be. How are they going to hide Esme from Victor when she’s possibly screaming during childbirth? For the time being, they won’t need to figure out much because Victor thinks he’s onto them, and the wisest path to take is to let him think that.
GH Spoilers – Indicate Elizabeth Webber Is Furious
Elizabeth is going to be furious with Nikolas when he decides not to correct his uncle’s assumption about his relationship with Liz. Why would Nikolas want Victor to think he’s romantically involved with Liz? Well, for starters, it only helps further convince Victor that Nik plans to divorce Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), which his uncle has been rather bent on. In addition, it’s going to help Liz and Nik fly under the radar while they manage Esme if Victor thinks he’s already in the know about what they’re up to. He won’t come poking around the north tower if he thinks he’s going to walk in on Nik and Liz in a compromising position.

Unfortunately, this ruse isn’t going to last for long because Elizabeth just won’t stand for it. Despite how it looks to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) every time she fails to make time for him and their relationship, she really wants it to work. The last thing she needs is Finn thinking she’s got something going on with Nikolas. When Nikolas does reveal the truth to Victor though, he might only do so because Elizabeth threatens she will if he doesn’t. Will Nikolas be able to convince Victor to keep a lid on this news, or might he rush to let Ava know so she’ll speed up the divorce Victor so badly wants them to get?
