General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will be shocked by Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) actions. Will he find out that he’s Victor’s target?
General Hospital Spoilers – Cutting Their Losses
Victor told Nikolas recently, after finding out Nikolas impregnated Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and kept her prisoner in the north tower it would be best the Cassadines cut their losses. It wouldn’t be the first time a Cassadine has turned on one of their own –Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) killed her own daughter Irina Cassadine (Alyshia Ochse). She had kept her prisoner in the basement all her life, deeming her insane, until she wandered out and Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) rescued her-for the time being.
Helena killed Irina right in front of Ethan after the two of them had fallen in love. Irina very well could have been Victor’s, making her Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) sister, Victor not having treated Valentin much better, tying him up and putting him the trunk!
GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine An Embarrassment
Nikolas has become an embarrassment to Victor, and he’s chastised him for it several times already – sleeping with his son’s ex-girlfriend topping the stack of failures. What’s worse, once Esmé recovers from her amnesia she could hold Nikolas accountable, even pulling the rape card and blackmailing for millions. It’s really nothing his own father Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker Kelly) didn’t do to his mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) so Nikolas thinks it’s okay. But Laura wasn’t a teenager and wasn’t the girlfriend of a teenage Cassadine son. Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) done time but Victor excuses his youthful mistakes, and besides, Ava Cassadine (Maura West) set that arrest up.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Overhears A Call
Nikolas overhears Victor on a call and he knows it’s only a matter of time before he’s dead meat. He remembers a conversation with his mother from a few days prior where she asked him if he could have a clean slate, would he take it? The birth of his baby with Esmé and his fight to get custody are his priority, so naturally he feels torn-he may be safe from prosecution for her captivity.
But that’s only as long as she doesn’t recover her memories, and he knows he can’t run from Victor’s deadly plans; he has henchmen all over the world. The more he thinks about his mother’s offer, possibly of entering witness protection for ratting out Victor, the better the idea begins to sound.
