General Hospital spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Marcus Coloma) has been missing for months now. While his mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis) searches for him in Russia, his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has no idea where his father is. Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) believes she accidentally killed Nikolas.

But when she and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) went to dispose of Nikolas’ body, it was missing. That’s because Austin’s cousin, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) found Nikolas, who was just barely holding on to life and moved him to an unknown location.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Has Been In A Coma!
Apparently, Nikolas has remained in an unconscious state ever since Mason found him. The identity of Mason and Austin’s mysterious boss remains a mystery, although the person is apparently female. Most likely, Nikolas is with whoever this mystery woman is although for the time being, he is in no position to do anything about his apparent captivity. But that situation won’t be the case forever. At some point, Nikolas will wake up and demand answers.
GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Will Won’t Know Where He Is!
According to GH spoilers, once Nikolas wakes up, assuming he knows who he is, he will demand answers. He may suspect that Ava has him hidden away somewhere since his last memory will likely be when she hit him over the head. Regardless, Nikolas knows he has a life to get back to and a brand-new baby to claim as his own. Nikolas won’t stay put for long, no matter how dangerous an escape attempt may be. Most likely, he will use his charms on one of the medical personnel caring for him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Will Make A Great Escape!
Once he feels like he is strong enough. Nikolas will do everything in his power to return to his home and family. He certainly has unfinished business with Ava. He will also want to assert custody of his baby son from the child’s mother, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Nikolas will certainly have much to answer for when he returns home, but he will likely be willing to risk all of that in order to reclaim his life, no matter how dangerous an escape attempt may be!
