General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will share news with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Might she tell him that she and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are eloping?

General Hospital Spoilers – It’s Plain To See They Still Have A Bond

Even though both Nina and Valentin have moved on from each other-Nina a couple of times-it’s plain to see they still have a bond. That’s why Nina is the one he’s been confiding in about Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) problems, aside from her accessing the security feeds the night of the vandalism.

Valentin was concerned for Nina’s early involvement with Sonny and so it would only be natural for Nina to share her good news with him.

Even in the midst of Charlotte’s serious emotional issues, whom Nina cares about deeply, she’s beyond excited that she and Sonny are finally getting married. Valentin has kind of become like a best friend to Nina so of course she’s going to tell him.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine May Be Worried-He Knows The Danger

Valentin may be worried about Nina, as he knows the danger that Sonny has been in, more than Nina does, who Sonny’s protected. But she definitely knows about some of the danger, from what happened to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in Pentonville when Sonny tasked him with finding information.

Nina was in some precarious situations when she was with Valentin as well, especially when Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) was alive-Nina fought off Cassandra injecting her with her own syringe!

Valentin surely remembers that and doesn’t want Nina in any danger like that again-but Nina thinks she can handle it, not realizing how deep Sonny is in the mob. She barely knows who Selina Wu (Lydia Look) is, only that she’s trouble if you see her heading your way.

General Hospital Spoilers – Happy But Cautious

Of course Valentin is happy for Nina and extends his congratulations, he knows Sonny will continue to protect her and that’s to be expected. Nina explains that since it’s an elopement, it will be just close family of each of them-she hopes her Aunt Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will be there.

She expects Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen) will be there as well as the rest of Sonny’s kids and significant others or spouses.

They’re still working things out but the elopement will be very soon; they’re thinking about going to Sonny’s Puerto Rican island. That gives Valentin some measure of relief that there won’t be a mob disaster.
