General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is thrilled in anticipation of her wedding, which now can happen on time since her “daughter” Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) is on the road to recovery!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Nearly Died From The Avian Flu

As General Hospital viewers know, Sasha nearly died from the Avian flu that was injected into her grapefruit while she was on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) Puerto Rican island with her now serious boyfriend Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), by Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck).

It took quite some time for Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to properly diagnose the strain of flu and develop a protocol to treat it correctly, and before Sasha turned the corner towards wellness, he as well as her friends and family, and Nina in particular, were frightened that Sasha wouldn’t make it!

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Wants Sasha Gilmore In Her Wedding

Nina definitely wants Sasha not only at her wedding, but in her wedding as well! Even though unknown to Nina, the two are not really blood mother and daughter, they have bonded more closely than some real mother and daughter pairs, and love each other deeply and have told each other so! It’s doubtful that unless Sasha confesses the secret herself that it will ever come to light. Sasha wouldn’t want to devastate Nina, although it’s possible that it wouldn’t even matter anymore because they love each other so much.

General Hospital Spoilers – So Let The Preparations Begin!

Fashionista Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is in charge of the wedding planning for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina’s wedding, and so she will be able to move forward now with ordering dresses, flowers, setting up a venue, setting up the reception, and everything else involved in planning a wedding, and it will be sure to be a large one! For someone who is as big of a presence as Nina, nothing can be small; it must be big, expensive and flamboyant; only the best for Nina!

GH Spoilers – The Wedding Was Originally Scheduled For Some Time In September

The wedding was originally scheduled for some time in September, although no certain date has been mentioned in General Hospital spoilers or episodes. More than likely it will take place in the Metro Court since the Crimson offices are there, and besides, The Haunted Star has been proven as a dangerous place to get married; even if something bad doesn’t happen during the wedding, it is likely to afterwards!

Besides, Maxie won’t think it’s classy enough for this wedding, even though her bestie Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) owns it! It can probably be safely assumed that as the wedding draws closer, the date will be mentioned in upcoming episodes, possibly during the last two weeks of September.

This will be Valentin and Nina’s second wedding. They were previously married for around two years from 2016 – 2018. They were married the first time on New Year’s Eve of 2016 and Nina filed divorce in 2017, having discovered Valentin had lied to her about some rather important things, and she didn’t feel like she could trust him anymore! After many tries to regain her trust, even though he knew she had never stopped loving him, Valentin finally convinced her to give their love another try, and so now they are once again engaged!
