General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will think better of herself when she finds out what she thought she saw wasn’t what she saw. She’ll realize the hugs she witnessed between TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) had nothing to do with an affair and everything to do with cancer.

General Hospital Spoilers – Spilling The Sordid Tea
Nina may spill what she thinks is some sordid tea to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), thinking Willow and TJ are having an affair. She already had a dust-up with TJ about it, and he told her there is nothing salacious going on between him and Willow, they’re just good friends. But for some reason, apparently Nina can’t let this idea go, and somehow it gets back to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), possibly through Sonny who passes on the misunderstanding.
That’s not going to help relationship matters any between Michael and Sonny, but Michael might think some part of it makes sense. He’ll ask Willow, and she’ll know the allegation came from Nina, so Michael will have it out with Nina.
GH Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Dire Diagnosis
Up to now, Willow hasn’t told Michael anything about her leukemia diagnosis, not wanting to be talked into chemotherapy right away. But she recently got a call from Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) while having lunch with Michael, and soon she’ll be forced to tell him. Most likely her leukemia has spread into stage three while she waited to start treatment to spare the baby, but what good is that if she dies? Michael may tell her that exact thing because even though he’s not exactly been present, preoccupied with taking Sonny down, he will be frustrated with her. From there, the news may spread, and Nina will realize her mistake and want to lend her support to Willow.

General Hospital Spoilers – Support To The Extreme
Nina may want to make amends by lending her support to the extreme, offering to be tested as a bone marrow donor if the need arises. Of course, a lot of steps could be skipped if Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) spills her own tea about knowing Willow’s really her biological daughter. This may cause things to get awkward with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but they already are, with the threat of being accused of insider trading.
How would Willow react if Nina offered to donate bone marrow to save her life-she would be hostile at first out of her stubborn pride. But at the end of the day, Nina and she could meet halfway for the baby’s sake and Willow might gratefully accept Nina’s over the top save effort, surprising everyone!
