General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s Surprise, Finds Carly’s IPO Paperwork Left Behind?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is surprised by what she sees. While moving some furniture around in her Metro Court Hotel office, which Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) once occupied, she finds some IPO paperwork from the failed Aurora Media/ELQ merger.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will She Listen To Her Conscience Or To Her Anger?

The big question for Nina is whether she’ll listen to her conscience or to her anger – Nina is pretty upset with Carly right now. She knows that Carly knew she was Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mother for nearly a year and even when Willow got sick didn’t tell right away. Nina could put Carly in the ground for insider trading because she saw her getting cozy with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) around that time.

And then there’s Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) – Carly wouldn’t be able to prove either Drew or Michael didn’t give her insider information before she bought all that Aurora stock. Nina is torn – she can choose to hand the paperwork to Carly herself, maybe give it to Olivia Quartermaine, (Lisa LoCicero) or use it for leverage.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Blew Nina Reeves Off

Nina remembers when she found Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) with amnesia in Nixon Falls and tried to call Carly to tell her. Carly blew her off and wouldn’t let her get a word in edgewise all because she’d transferred her hate for her other daughter Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) to her. Nina asked Sonny himself several times about finding out who he really was but at the time, amnesiac Mike wasn’t interested.

Granted, Nelle had some major problems, but maybe if Nina had the chance to raise her she would have been different..she hopes that eventually Willow might accept her. The more Nina thinks about all Carly has done to hurt her, the more she thinks she should hang onto that paper-maybe she can report anonymously.

General Hospital Spoilers – Saving Up For A Down Payment For Payback

Nina decides to hang onto the paperwork as a down payment for payback-just in case she needs it. She has to admit if she saw her aunt doing something like that she would probably stop her, but Nina’s tempted-the difference is, Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) payback is deadly. Nina doesn’t want anyone to die, only to learn a well-deserved lesson; actions have consequences, especially selfish and vindictive actions like Carly’s.

The more she thinks about it, the more she’s tempted – and Nina sees she can report insider trading anonymously. Nina thinks she might do exactly that and watch justice take its course.

      Really tired of the tic for tac between Carly/Nina – it needs to stop as the situation between the two is getting to a point whereby it offers nothing but repeated story over and over again. It needs to end as both are using too much energy and screen time with the continued battle – it’s time someone wins the war and the story for both have other issues.

        I wish it actually was tit-for-tat but it isn’t. Everything Nina has done is out of revenge and for payback.
        I wish it was the same with Carly but that isn’t the case. Carly should have gone after revenge for what Nina did to her entire family, but she never did. She rose above it all and turned around and walked away.
        It is always so one-sided now that these writers have this obsession with constantly rewarding Nina. It seems Nina can do no wrong in their eyes and they just continue to reward her, no matter what she does.

      No, enough is enough…Nina needs to stop and see that Carly’s Revengeful ways are not her ways to do,.Give the papers to Carly ,your better then that..You have Willow the baby and Micheal and Sonny to think about and moving forward in your life… Carly is not worth the trouble and pain it will cost you..Don’t let Carly revenge come on you..It doesn’t fit you…
