General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is tangled up in some big mysteries, which means some explosive revelations are on the way.
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will play a role in some of those revelations, but she has to make a big comeback first!
Fortunately, Kathleen Gati hinted on social media that Obrecht wouldn’t be gone for long. That lines up with the latest insider buzz, which suggests Liesl will kick off a return stint sometime near the end of April.
As a result, it’s time to start thinking about what’ll be in store for Obrecht once she’s on-screen again. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been through a lot since Liesl left, so they should have a catch-up session at some point.
Obrecht may express outrage over the WSB taking Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) into custody and console Britt as she tries to cope. Now that Britt and Liesl’s relationship has mended a bit, it’ll be a good time for Britt to lean on her mom.
Of course, Obrecht will carve out some time for Nathan as well and should be quite displeased to know he’s still dating Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
Liesl thought Nathan and Lulu’s romance would fizzle fast since she figured he’d bow out due to all the drama between Lulu and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Obrecht is still rooting for Maxie and Nathan’s future deep down, but she may have something more important to focus on soon enough.
Britt previously delivered a clue about Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) fourth kid, so that could be another child he shared with Obrecht. GH insider hints point to some intriguing birth memories getting stirred up for Liesl down the road.
It’s possible Obrecht already remembers giving birth to another one of Faison’s children, but she’s been keeping a lid on that. It’s also possible the birth was traumatic and heartbreaking, so maybe Liesl has buried those memories in some corner of her mind.
Either way, it seems likely that Obrecht gave birth to Nathan’s twin brother and that the news will become a major part of the story eventually.
The “Nathan” that’s on-screen right now might actually be his twin, so Liesl’s birth memories could be part of the potential big reveal that’s looming.
Since there have been so many warning signs to suggest “Nathan” isn’t truly Nathan, his twin may have taken over his deceased brother’s life.
General Hospital spoilers say some Nathan curveballs are still to come, so stay tuned for all the excitement. Don’t forget to make us your favorite GH hotspot for all the fantastic General Hospital spoilers and news you need!
