General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, October 13, tease Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) decree, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has some news.
Plus, still at the Metro Court after the Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) auction, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has a dilemma.
Key Takeaways
- Drew plots revenge against Lulu
- Dante delivers troubling news
- Valentin seeks help for Josslyn
- Sonny warns Josslyn of danger
- Elizabeth demands answers

Drew’s Decree
Following his heated confrontation with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) at her residence regarding the interview-turned-exposé she conducted with him, Drew shares his strategy with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
He reveals that he’s determined his approach to handling Lulu Spencer. His primary concern had been that her actions might prompt people to reexamine the circumstances surrounding the death of Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
As previously discussed, Drew fears Lulu’s exposé could expose the Brennan cover-up.
Ava had cautioned him that if she faced consequences for Brennan’s death, Drew would also be implicated.
However, that concern now appears to have taken a backseat as Drew pursues retribution against Lulu!

Dante’s News
Meanwhile, Dante finds himself at Lulu’s residence, where he continues briefing her on the details from her article that stemmed from her other source, Sidwell.
Dante assures a disappointed Lulu that he isn’t disputing whether Sidwell made the statement—he’s challenging its accuracy.
Drew is equally aware of its truthfulness, having witnessed Sidwell arrive at his home with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) present and confess to it himself!
However, Drew appears reluctant to provide testimony, which presents a significant obstacle.
Logically, one would expect him to want to expose Sidwell rather than suppress the article.
Regardless, the moment has passed; the story has already spread across the internet!

Valentin’s Question
Lingering at the Metro Court following the Sidwell auction’s conclusion, Valentin approaches Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) with a question: Can she assist Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)?
Although Carly has previously reached out to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), seeking help to extract Josslyn from the WSB, Anna’s capacity to provide support has its limitations.
Carly informs Valentin that while she cannot help Josslyn, Anna potentially can.
Valentin will undoubtedly be taken aback, and logically, the next move would involve approaching Anna.
Whether Valentin and Carly speak with her together or Valentin goes alone remains uncertain.

Sonny’s Cautious Advice
Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) remains in the Metro Court’s auction room, cautioning Josslyn that she’s courting unwanted trouble.
With Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) standing firmly beside her, Josslyn is furious!
She fires back at Sonny with conviction: “You can’t stop me!”
Despite Sonny’s claims of leaving the mob behind—credible or not—Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) aggressive bidding on Sonny’s former piers wasn’t arbitrary.
Selina remains deeply embedded in the mob, and those piers represent far more than a mere commercial opportunity.
Sonny recognizes this reality. She covets his piers to claim his old mob territory, and Josslyn is positioning herself as a prime target!
Of course, Josslyn’s determination to take down Sonny could backfire if she discovers he’s been framed.
Elizabeth Wants Answers
Also in Tuesday’s show, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will want answers.
She may also have some questions about her and Lucas Jones’ (Van Hansis) contributions as sources for Lulu’s article.
More likely, she might have some questions for Willow herself, since not only did the drugging of Drew come out in the article, but so did the two gunshots to his back.
Elizabeth had Willow staying in one of her vacant bedrooms during that time, and that’s where the gun was found—one from Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) private collection.
Elizabeth no doubt feels her trust in someone who used to be a very good nurse was greatly misplaced!
Meanwhile, Drew’s explosive reaction to Lulu’s reporting suggests this scandal is far from over.
Annemarie’s Take
I think Drew is playing a dangerous game by going after Lulu. He’s so determined to protect himself that he might end up drawing even more attention to Brennan’s death.
And Josslyn? She’s letting her anger toward Sonny cloud her judgment. Those piers could put her directly in the middle of a dangerous mob situation, and she doesn’t seem to care.
What bothers me most is that everyone seems ready to believe the worst about Sonny without giving him a chance to prove his innocence.
Do you think Drew’s plan against Lulu will backfire, and is Josslyn making a huge mistake by ignoring Sonny’s warning?
