General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that there have been hints that Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan) could awaken from her coma at any moment. There have been hospital visits and many mentions of her name. Sadly, the mom has been in this condition since 2020, with no positive medical updates in sight.

TV Insider recently reported a casting call that fits Lulu’s description. Off the cusp of the report, Emme Rylan shared some odd posts on her Instagram story.

General Hospital Spoilers – Is Lulu Spencer Being Recast?

GH spoilers indicate the show has put out a call for “Lauren”, a blonde, white female around the ages of 34 to 40 years old.

The character is described as dynamic, fiery, and beautiful and has overcome some “challenging circumstances”, but is now stronger, and more determined than ever.

Considering Lulu is in a coma, this casting call could be describing Ms. Spencer to a “T”. In terms of the name chosen, fake names are often used for casting calls to keep fans wondering.

GH Spoilers – Emme Rylan’s IG Story Posts

It’s hard to say whether Emme is reacting to the GH recasting news hit, or just having a bad day. It was reported on Monday, August 5, and in and around that time, Emme Rylan shared three interesting posts on her Instagram Stories. The first read, “Sometimes the only closure you need is understanding that you deserve better.”

The second read, “God has removed you from a table where you used to sit; In order to save you from a host who was serving you poison.”

Meanwhile, the third also had a caption with it. Meme number 3 on Rylan’s story, stated, “I don’t know who needs to hear this right now but if you’re going through a rough time right now … leave your hair alone.”

The note with the post on her IG story, reads, “HAHAHAHAHAHA! After a rough day I literally thought… maybe I should dye my hair a crazy color and this popped up in my feed my phone can apparently read my mind now.”

Now, Emme could be having a bad day about something else; however, if she was privy to the GH Lulu recasting news before (or around the same time) the TV Insider article was released, it would make sense that she’d be upset.

After all, she’s made it crystal clear she’d be open to re-entering the show if Lulu ever woke up from her coma, so finding out the show is looking for someone else would be disappointing!
