General Hospital Spoilers: Olivia Upset By Dante’s Continuing Bond With Sam, Wants Son To Wait For Lulu?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that in port Charles, NY Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is very upset as she witnesses Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) continuing bond with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in upcoming episodes of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Olivia Quartermaine Thinks Dante Falconeri Should Stay True To Lulu Spencer

General Hospital viewers will recall how upset Olivia was with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) when she divorced Dante. Never mind that he was the one who sent her the divorce papers and she hesitated to sign them for several months. Of course, that changed once Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) came into her life and just as they got really, really serious and Dustin was ready to propose, Dante came back to Port Charles! Then tragedy struck – and Dustin was killed in the explosion of The Floating Rib. Dante was there when it exploded, outside the door and rushed in to help.

Dustin gave Dante the engagement ring he was going to give Lulu as he died, and Lulu had hesitated to tell him yes as the explosion took place, because she realized she still had feelings for Dante! She tried to tell him as she passed out and collapsed from a head injury in the General Hospital chapel, but he didn’t appear to have read her lips correctly. Now, she is in an indeterminate coma and in a specialized facility in New York City, thanks to the arrangements made by her mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Olivia was very upset about Lulu having moved on, and now that she is out of the picture for an indeterminate period of time and Dustin is dead, it appears that Olivia is just as upset about the prospect that Dante may be moving on with someone else-and, most especially, Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) daughter!

GH Spoilers – Does Olivia Quartermaine See Her Ruined Marriage In Her Son’s Friendship With Sam McCall

General Hospital viewers will recall that Olivia recently discovered the drunken one night stand that her husband, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) had with Alexis! Then Alexis nearly killed Dante with a syringe loaded with lidocaine, that she intended to stab Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) with, having mistaken Sam’s grab to help Franco from collapsing on the floor as a grab from him to kill her!

Olivia is so angry at Alexis that she may be transferring her rage to Sam, and perceives her as trying to steal Dante away from Lulu because of Alexis “stealing” Ned away from her, even though Olivia is the one who won’t forgive Ned! General Hospital viewers will remember a recent scene where Olivia, from a distance, stood in a doorway as she witnessed Dante and Sam clasping hands.

This may have simply been a kind gesture of Sam because of his father, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) presumed death, since it was shortly after the memorial service. But if looks could kill, Olivia would have taken out Sam with her eyes right then and there! It does seem that although Olivia would want Dante to wait for Lulu to recover, feeling the two of them were fated to be together, she also may be subconsciously seeing Alexis’ going after Ned in what she thinks is Sam going after Dante!
