General Hospital Spoilers: Peter August Lives On – Is Faison’s Twisted Legacy Hiding A Shocking Secret?

Anna suspects Faison’s own children are the key to his unfinished business, but could Peter have found a disturbing way to continue his father’s final project from beyond the grave?

General Hospital Spoilers: Peter August Lives On – Is Faison’s Twisted Legacy Hiding a Shocking Secret?General Hospital spoilers and wild speculation tease that even though Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) are both dead, as well as Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), he somehow lives on!

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) could be onto something regarding Faison’s offspring; she firmly believes that they are the only ones intimately involved in the circumstances surrounding Faison’s leftover shenanigans!

Key Takeaways

Faison Was An Expert At Mind Games, And So Is Peter August, And So Was Ross Cullum!

Cesar Faison has always excelled at playing psychological games, whether through illusions or tricks, he ensures that his targets constantly question their own sanity. But guess who else enjoys manipulating minds-Peter August, also known as Heinrik Faison!

Faison’s most recent and supposedly final endeavor had Anna Devane doubting her own reality, but ironically, she has been declared mentally stable by the hospital, yet she continues to see a ghost.

Another big question is who exactly was Cullum to Faison, and why would an ordinary person be so invested in executing Faison’s last project?

So much so that he enlisted and coerced two of Faison’s children. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and her brother, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), played crucial roles in bringing the protocol to fruition.

Who Would Have Such A Strong Interest In the Cold Fusion Project?

So who has such a strong interest in the cold fusion project; what reason would Cullum have to be concerned about Faison’s interests or activities?

A plausible explanation is that Anna is correct, and Peter served as Cullum’s link to Faison, after all, he is one of Faison’s offspring.

Only those closely tied to Faison would be motivated enough to continue his wicked experiments; could it be that Peter’s brain was preserved in a jar and somehow ended up inside Ross Cullum’s mind?!

In a strange way, Peter’s brain in Cullum’s head could make perfect sense to someone like Peter-and the mystery of why Cullum looked like Faison at that age is still unsolved.

And now we must come back to the theory of relativity, or relatives-could Cullum be some mysterious heretofore unknown brother of Faison?

Peter Would Want To Claim All His Father’s Glory As “The Severed Branch”

General Hospital fans should remember that Peter wrote his own book, called “The Severed Branch” and he was the one who killed his father in the first place.

He felt rejected by his father, and replaced by the children that Cesar had with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

It was Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who took him and returned him to Cesar, although Valentin wound up more a father to him than Cesar ever was.

So, of course Peter would be interested in completing his father’s final project even if it wasn’t in his own body, and whoever Cullum really was, he was a Cesar doppelganger!  Peter’s brain in Cullum’s body would be a perfect fit!
