When Maxie dropped the sonogram photo, Victor picked it up. Then, Victor learned from Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) how to identify who the sonogram belonged to. Victor dropped a baby switch hint, which got Austin thinking. Even though Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) confronts Victor at the hospital, he will likely figure out how to get the intel he needs.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Peter always seems to miraculously survive death or escape without a trace. It’s clear that Peter has been plotting the entire time from his hospital bed. Peter hasn’t tried to escape yet but could change once he is transported back to prison. When that happens, it will probably give Peter the opportunity to slip away.

GH Spoilers  – Bailey Quartermaine Kidnapped

When Victor informs Peter that Lou and Bailey are the same baby, it could set up a lot of drama, danger, and consequences. Peter will probably get his hands on Bailey. The baby being kidnapped will horrify Maxie, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Even without Victor’s intel, the truth is about to come out about Lou and Bailey. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) tells Maxie that they could be onto a breakthrough. This will send Maxie into a panic as she can’t risk anyone finding out about the baby switch.

If Lou/Bailey does get kidnapped and Peter manages to escape, what will Maxie do? In order to get Lou back safely, Maxie might be forced to make the ultimate sacrifice… herself.
