General Hospital Spoilers: Phoebe’s Mystery Father Strikes – Chase and Brook Lynn Face Custody Nightmare?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be thrown for a loop this week on the ABC soap.

We Know Hudson Parker Is Involved, Even Though He May Or May Not Be The Father!

We already know Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) is involved, even though he may or may not be the father.

Fans should recall when he beat up Ethan Lovett (most recently Christian Howard) over the situation.

Ethan had used information from a PCPD cold case file to pass himself off as the birth father and sign away his rights, keeping it a closed adoption.

But all indications are that although Hudson certainly knows about Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone) and that she was Phoebe’s mother, he is not the birth father—although he may be related.

In fact, Hudson’s suspicious interest in Phoebe has already raised kidnapping concerns.

Phoebe’s actual birth father could be the person connected to the Port Charles police record, or possibly a close relative of that person—perhaps even a paternal grandfather.

And the birth father may have just arrived in town, ready to make a claim of his own!

Jude Flashed A Lot Of Money At The Brown Dog

New arrival Jude (Wil Traval) flashed an awful lot of money at the Brown Dog when he left cash on the bar before departing with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

At least one of the bills was a $100 bill, and he laid down quite a wad!

There’s a good chance he could be the mystery bidder who bought Spoon Island and Wyndemere out from under Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), since Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) said the bidder paid in cash.

As previous spoilers explored, Jude could be connected to Phoebe’s mysterious biological father.

If Hudson were the father, wouldn’t he have tried to claim Phoebe by now?

Instead, he hangs around Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) a lot and plays peekaboo with the baby!

But Hudson does communicate with a mysterious person, and considering Jude is from Australia, it’s possible that he’s the one on the other end of those calls!

Will This Paternity Claim Show Up In The Hearing That Chase And Brook Lynn Attend?

The weekly promo for General Hospital features a scene where Chase is talking to Monet Mitchell (Blythe Howard), and Brook Lynn walks in with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).

Chase says he doesn’t want to fight after Monet warns that they need to prepare for the worst-case scenario!

Could that worst-case scenario be the birth father making a claim for baby Phoebe?

It all fits with Jude showing up with wads of cash, someone buying Wyndemere with wads of cash, and possibly a third attorney appearing at the hearing!

The attorney will probably have been paid with wads of cash as well!

And with speculation mounting that Jude could be Phoebe’s biological father, Chase and Brook Lynn may have a much bigger problem on their hands than they realize.

Of course, none of these connections has been confirmed, but the timing certainly raises questions.

I have a feeling Chase and Brook Lynn are about to get some very unpleasant news!

Hudson has been hanging around Phoebe for far too long for there not to be a reason, and now Jude suddenly appears with all that money.

Coincidence? I don’t think so!

What really interests me is the possibility that Jude could be the man Hudson has been reporting to all along.

And if Jude turns out to be Phoebe’s biological father, Brook Lynn and Chase could be in for one heck of a custody battle.

I just hope little Phoebe doesn’t become another pawn in someone’s dangerous game.
