General Hospital spoilers tease that the Pikeman Group’s name has been on the lips of several Port Charles residents for several months but it’s unclear exactly who Pikeman they are.

Whenever Sonny has asked people like Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) or Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes) about Pikeman, the one constant that comes up is how dangerous and deadly the organization is.
General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane Has A Target On Her Back!
When Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) died a few months ago, he had taken measures to get revenge on Anna seemingly from the grave.
Anna’s past as a double agent was exposed and as a result her affiliation with the WSB ended. As if that wasn’t enough, someone seemed to want Anna dead.

Even though Anna is no longer part of the WSB, she had access to sensitive and confidential information. The WSB also seems to be connected to the Pikeman Group, although what that connection is remains to be seen.
GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Is suspicious Of Valentin Cassadine!
The Pikeman Group used Valentin as a go-between between themselves and Sonny. In fact, Anna deduced that Valentin is a seeming link between Pikeman, the WSB, Sonny and herself.
As much as she doesn’t want to believe it, Anna can’t discount the possibility that she is sleeping with someone who may have ordered a hit on her.
Anna certainly doesn’t want to believe Valentin might want her dead but the evidence seems to be pointing in that direction.

General Hospital Spoilers – Is Jerry Jax The big bad?
There is someone else who also has a history of smuggling weapons, as well as a history with Sonny Corinthos and the WSB and the Cassadine family. Jerry Jax (last played by Sebastian Roche) once held most of Port Charles hostage in the lobby of the Metro Court.
He was attempting to obtain a weapon that was hidden in the hotel’s vault. Jerry has a history of profiting off the sales of illegal weapons. He also has a history with Sonny and may want to take him out.
Perhaps Pikeman is merely a front for Jerry Jax to get revenge on Port Charles and all of his enemies.
