General Hospital Spoilers: Port Charles Showdown Coming – It’s Margaux Versus Sonny

General Hospital spoilers indicate that viewers will soon see a showdown between Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Sonny. (Maurice Benard) In one corner, Margaux is trying to uncover the truth about what happened to her dead father. In the other corner is Sonny, trying to save his father from spending the rest of his life behind bars!

It’s without a doubt that Sonny is now regretting that he got involved with Mike and helped him blow up Charlie’s pub. Otherwise, they would never be in the situation that they are in now. The dead body that was buried under the pub was actually that of Vincent Marino’s, Margaux’s father.

Elizabeth Hendrickson, who plays Margaux tells ABC Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “Margaux has been on Sonny ever since she got to Port Charles just because she has a strong belief in the law and that people should be held accountable. But she never imagined that he would have been attached to her father’s murder!

She didn’t even know for sure that her father was dead. She just formulated her own belief that he was probably killed, because she has been in law enforcement long enough to know that when someone disappears in that world, that is most likely what happened.”

Sonny, meanwhile, is trying to hide his true feelings from Margaux. He is definitely worried about what will happen next. Elizabeth adds, “He has the typical Sonny Corinthos stone-cold response, but I think she sees though that.”
