‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview August 28: Marco’s Defiance, Stella’s Future, Sonny’s Prediction

General Hospital spoilers reveal that a preview clip has been released for Thursday, August 28, 2025. It shows Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) exploding at Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) makes a deadly prediction.

Stella Henry’s Fate

Stella has been arrested and is on suspension from her job as well. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) already put a call into Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who agreed to take the woman’s case.

However, Alexis is a bit tied up with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) being held hostage in her basement. 

In the meantime, someone is supposed to go to the police station to help Stella in Alexis’ absence. While it doesn’t look good for Stella, I think Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) might end up being her hero.

Sonny Corinthos’ Deadly Prediction

Over with Sonny, he will make a deadly prediction. While visiting with Alexis, the mob boss promises that someone is going to end up making Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) pay.

The stage is already being set for Drew’s death. Alexis and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have both publicly threatened him. Plus, there are scores of other people who would want the congressman dead as well.

Meanwhile, Drew issues another threat to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). The congressman says, “You might want to jump at that if you have the chance.” Elsewhere, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) gets an unexpected visitor.

Curtis Ashford’s Decision

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 28 reveal that the preview clip also shows Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) sobbing. The good doctor warns Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that if he walks out the door, there is no more marriage.

Marco Rios’ Defiance

As for Marco, he didn’t listen to his father. As a result, Marco has to face his father’s furious wrath. Sidwell has a total meltdown and his face turns red as she screams at the top of his lungs, “That wasn’t part of the plan!”

Has Marco ruined Sidwell’s plot to make Sonny pay? This is the first time that we’ve seen Sidwell blow up at his son. So, I have to wonder what this means for their father/son relationship.

Plus, has Marco’s actions really ruined the plan to make Sonny pay? Or is it just not in the way that Sidwell preferred?
