‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview December 23: Testimony Crumbles, Alibi Implodes, Chase Accused

General Hospital spoilers are on for Tuesday, December 23, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to crumble on the stand. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is accused of destroying evidence.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Mistake

Let’s start off with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). The woman has a private meeting with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). That is when BLQ tells him that she’s done her best to be supportive, but this might have been a big mistake.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Encounter

Fans know that Tracy has decided to protect Michael from his own actions. While he didn’t exactly ask for the help, Tracy is going to give it anyway. There was also someone eavesdropping on their conversation.

At some point in tomorrow’s episode, Tracy runs into Laura Collins (Genie Francis). As they catch up, the mayor says for her not to be so surprised. 

Portia Robinson’s Crumbled Testimony

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Portia is called up to the witness stand during Willow Tait Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) trial. Before the testimony, Portia gives Ava updates. Ava will warn the doctor to say as little as possible.

At first, the doctor looks confident as she struts up to the witness box. The lady even gives Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) a reassuring nod.

However, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) gets intel. Could this intel be what leads to Portia breaking down on the stand? The woman begs Alexis to stop, saying that she’s not going to get the answer she’s looking for.

It sounds like Portia is going to be forced to admit she lied about her alibi because she was sleeping with Isiaah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).

Harrison Chase Accused

Over at the Port Charles Police Department, Chase has to deal with Dante. In the preview clip, the temporary commissioner asks Chase if he destroyed evidence.

Of course, fans know that Chase had nothing to do with this. It was Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who made a deal with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). 

While the destroyed footage could free Willow for now, it doesn’t necessarily mean she will be found innocent. Who really shot Drew, and who overheard Tracy and Michael’s conversation? Could it have been Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight)?
