General Hospital spoilers hint a preview clip has been released for Friday, February 20, 2026, and the episode is a tribute to Luke Spencer, played by the late Anthony Geary.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will come together to reminisce about their old friend and uncle, while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets very emotional.

Luke Spencer Tribute

General Hospital spoilers indicate that a Luke-centric episode will take place during the Friday, February 20 show. Friday’s preview opens with Lulu, picking up an old photo of her father from the floor, as she stares at it, intently.

As scenes shift, tears are falling from Lulu’s face, while Tracy assures her stepdaughter that, “You and I are going to honor your dad.”

Lulu was in a coma when her father passed away, so perhaps her need to ‘say goodbye’ properly will trigger the episode.

Laura Collins Fights Through The Tears

As General Hospital’s preview for February 20 continues, a scene is shown of Laura, Luke’s ex-wife, at the church.

While they weren’t together before he passed, or even in his final years, the two shared a loved story that was iconic. The preview shows Laura, crying, as she states, “Luke, you never left me.”

Across town, Sonny will be in Carly’s kitchen as the two fondly talked about Luke. Sonny tells Carly that, “Luke was more than my friend he was my brother,” as Carly gives her ex a tender smile. The preview closes with Tracy and Lulu behind a bar, clicking glasses as they toast to Luke.

What Else To Expect

Luke Spencer’s tribute will not only be filled with current-day scenes, but video flashbacks, as well.

General Hospital released another promo early on during the week of February 16, and it shows some fun past clips that’ll be on the show, where Sonny and Luke first met, as well as old scenes of Luke dancing with Laura during the heyday of their romance.

Fans can also expect to see Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) participate in this very special episode, too.
