‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Friday, March 6: Joss Rats On Carly, Britt’s Unwelcome Visitor, Lulu Confesses, Liesl Intervenes

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, March 6, 2026. It shows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) alerting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) warns Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Plus, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) surprises Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) at the hospital. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

• Lulu will gear up to tell Maxie that she has feelings for Nathan.
• Meanwhile, Nathan will have to deal with a meddling Liesl as his mom continues to intervene in his love life.

Lulu Spencer’s Confession

Let’s start off with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). The blonde is ready to start telling the truth to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

It might take Lulu a bit to get to the point, though. The woman asks Maxie if she regrets choosing Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). 

Of course, Maxie will stand by her decision. So, there is really nothing stopping Lulu from telling Maxie about her feelings for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). But will she?

Romantic Scheming

Over with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she goes to Crimson. The woman will have a chat with Nathan and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

The doctor is convinced that Nathan belongs with Maxie. However, Nathan will try to level with his mother. I’m not sure if she will truly back off, though.

Liesl is definitely meddling in her son’s romance, but will this be the key to her realizing that her son isn’t her son? Only time will tell.

Carly Spencer’s Warning

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 6 reveal that Carly will issue a warning after Josslyn’s discovery in the attic.

While Valentin thinks things will be fine, Carly knows better. The woman declares that Joss will protect her, but she definitely will not protect Valentin. So, it sounds like Valentin is going to be forced to find a new hiding spot.

Jason Morgan’s Discovery

As for Jason, he gets tracked down by Josslyn. The girl will tell him that Carly has been hiding Valentin. The agent adds that whatever they are working on, they are doing it together.

Over with Britt, Brennan will shock her. The General Hospital preview for Friday’s show has the man sitting at her desk at work when she opens the door.
