‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview March 18: Chase’s Meltdown, Joss Warned, Brad Frantic, Carly Dying

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, March 18, 2025. It shows Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) reacting to Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) next bombshell.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) frantically calls for help. Plus, what is Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) fate after the champagne poisoning?

Harrison Chase Reacts

On Tuesday, March 18, fans will see Chase reel over BLQ’s next bombshell. The detective already knows that BLQ had a baby as a teenager and gave it up for adoption. However, there was something that she didn’t tell her husband… until Monday’s episode.

Now that Chase has learned that the father of BLQ’s baby is Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Talk about awkward as Dante is not only Chase’s good friend, but his police partner as well. Now that Chase knows the truth, he says it changes everything.

Carly Spencer’s Poisoning Fate

Over at the hospital, Carly has been poisoned at Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) hotel room. Once Brennan got Carly to the hospital, he had agents guard her room.

Brennan also demanded that the hospital get to work identifying the poison. Time is critical and each minute could mean Carly is closer to death.

Brennan will know that Carly was poisoned because of him. So, of course, he’s going on the warpath. In the meantime, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will get briefed. 

Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s Bombshell

General Hospital spoilers for today reveal that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will have a chat with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Now, Jason promised Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that he would look after Sasha and the baby.

However, Sasha makes it clear to Jason that Micahel is the one that is at risk. Sasha is pretty gutsy, even when pregnant. She can definitely hold her own.

In today’s episode, fans will also see Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) ask if she’s the selfish jerk. Joss is warned that she can’t let anyone know what she’s really doing. Brad calls for help as Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has a rude awakening.

Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) points the gun at Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). We know from the spoilers that Val also offers to provide information.

So, will Sonny spare his life and if so, is the intel really that valuable? Could Valentin find a way to earn redemption after all of this?
