‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview March 20: Felicia’s Plea, Anna Restrained, Laura’s Intuition, Chase’s Pact

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, March 20, 2025. It shows Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) issues a plea.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is restrained by Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Plus, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) turns to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Felicia Scorpio’s Plea

At the hospital, Carly will still be a patient. While Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) goes to take care of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Felicia urges Carly to reconsider

. She is worried that if Carly stays with Brennan, something like this will just happen again. Of course, the heart wants what it wants. 

Valentin Cassadine’s Goodbye

Over with Valentin, he gets cornered by Brennan. Now, Valentin already faced down the barrel of another gun, which belonged to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

However, Sonny went ahead and let him go, knowing full well that he wasn’t going to get very far. In a preview clip for today’s episode, Brennan points a gun at Val, telling him, “Goodbye, old friend.”

While it looks like this could be the end for Val, soaps tend to interrupt scenes like this.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Anna screams bloody murder as Jason holds her back

Laura Collins’ Intuition

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 20 reveal that Sonny will also meet with Laura. However, the mayor questions the mob boss.

Laura says her influence hasn’t affected Sonny before, so what has changed? Of course, fans know that Sonny doesn’t need to retaliate when Brennan will do it for him, especially since Jason has been giving his orders to make sure it’s completed.

Fans will also see Chase confront Lulu. When Lulu opens her door, Chase doesn’t even say hello or ask to come inside. Chase tells the blonde that this isn’t about protecting the Quartermaines, it’s about protecting his own family.

I’m wondering if Chase will tell Lulu to keep her mouth shut to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). The detective would have to make a pretty good argument to get Lulu to keep quiet, though.

In the end, Chase might argue that it’s best for everyone that this secret stays buried.

Plus, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) angrily confronts Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) about the adoption. Meanwhile, Anna screams for Jason to let her go. While Valentin is a fugitive, Anna’s history and feelings for the man are complicated, so stay tuned!
