‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview March 24: Carly Begs, Joss Warned, Liz’s Intel, Valentin’s Request

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip for the week of March 24, 2025, has been released. It shows Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) begging Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) warns Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Lucas Jonas (Van Hansis) confides in Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Plus, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has a request to ask Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grhan.

Ava Jerome’s Pressure

On Monday, March 24, fans will see Ava Jerome (Maura West) having a pressured conversation with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

Fans know that Portia was skimming through Drew Cain Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) medical records.

I’m still wondering if Portia might come across something that explains Drew’s icky transformation. Maybe there’s some clue that explains it. Of course, it’s a little late now as Drew has already done so many awful things.

Ava pressures Portia not to let fear have her making dumb decisions. 

Carly Spencer Begs

Over at the hospital, Carly will still be a patient after nearly losing her life to the champagne poisoning. Everyone keeps warning Carly about Brennan, including Lucas and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). 

Then, we have Jason, who urges Carly to never see Jack again. However, Carly cries and begs her friend not to give up on her now.

Lucas Jones’ Intel

General Hospital spoilers for today’s episode reveal that Liz crosses paths with Lucas in the hospital hallways. As Lucas looks rattled, Liz begs for information.

The nurse tells Lucas that something is wrong, and she needs to know what’s going on.

While the daily preview clip suggests this is about Carly and Jack, the weekly preview clip makes it sound like it’s more about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).

Over with Alexis, she asks Valentin what exactly he thinks she can do for him. Jack warns Josslyn that if she tells Carly anything, she will never be a WSB agent.

Also, Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) tells Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that whatever she says, she’s not going to believe her.

The way Willow is fiercely shaking her head, it sounds like she already does believe Nina but just won’t accept it.

It sounds like the drama is getting ready to kick up a few notches. Drew’s enemies are getting more numerous and more fed up. It seems it’s not a matter of if someone takes out Drew, but when and who.
