In today’s episode, fans can expect Natalia to have a confrontation at Deception. As her co-workers listen, Natalia stands up and demands the truth from someone.
Natalia accuses someone of being there for a hostile takeover. So, Natalia must be talking to her secret ex-husband, supervillain Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Natalia could come under fire for not being honest about her relationship with Sidwell, especially with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). At the same time, this storyline could provide Natalia with some redemption.

Lulu Spencer’s Moral Dilemma
On Thursday, March 6, the preview clip shows Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) debating about the Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) situation.
That is when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) issues a warning to the young woman. Carly says that the fallout could be devastating.
A separate preview clip shows Lulu confronting Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Now that Lulu has tricked Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) into giving more information, this secret is about to blow wide open.
Ric Lansing Advises Portia Robinson

General Hospital spoilers for today’s episode reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) provides Portia with a little help.
Ava will have Ric advise Portia. However, the lawyer doesn’t have good news for the doctor. Instead of finding a solution, Ric tells Portia that this is her only choice.
Most likely, the attorney tells Portia that she needs to confess to her test tampering. It’s the only hold that Drew has against her. Plus, a confession would look a heck of a lot better than Portia being called out publicly.

James West’s Medical Crisis
Over at the hospital, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) brings James West (Gary James Fuller) in. James seems to be wincing in pain, so Felicia tells Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that the little boy needs to see a doctor.
Since Willow bonds with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), it seems that he will be the one looking after James.
Also, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) introduces Kai to Drew. Kai says any friend of Trina’s is a friend of his. What on Earth does Drew want with Kai? With Drew blackmailing Portia’s mother, this situation has a bad feeling to it.
Plus, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) blows up.
