‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview November 20: Chase Digs, Jacinda & Sonny Meet & Death Aftermath

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, November 20, 2025. It shows Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) continuing to investigate. Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) meet.

Plus, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) death will cause ripple effects for multiple characters in Port Charles.

Nina Reeves Questioned

Let’s start off with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The woman shows up at the Brown Dog Bar. The blonde asks an unseen person why they asked to meet with her.

Since that same day Chase is furthering his investigation, I have to wonder if it’s the detective. Will he quiz Nina about Jacinda?

Jacinda Breckell’s Introduction

Speaking of Jacinda, she will be on a date with Michael Corintho (Rory Gibson). At the Metro Court, Sonny shows up.

This gives Michael an opportunity to introduce Jacinda to Sonny. That is when the mob boss suggests they could get a double miracle tonight.

Britt Westbourne Rattled

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that the preview clip also features Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). The villain shot Dalton unexpectedly, right in front of Britt. The woman will demand to know why Sidwell did that!

Of course, the villain will claim he got rid of their problem. I’m not quite sure if Britt was prepared for him to go that far, though.

It could also be a reminder to Britt of who she is dealing with in case she wants to throw more demands and ultimatums his way.

Fans will also see Laura Collins (Genie Francis) screaming. She is outside of her car and looking down at the ground.

I wonder if Sidwell will have someone throw Dalton’s body in front of Laura’s car. Even though she won the election, it will appear she got rid of Dalton by running him over!

At least, until someone notices the bullet hole in Dalton’s chest. Still, with Laura publicly threatening Dalton, then with Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) trial, this will get complicated.

Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she has a legal strategy to discuss with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

There is also Ava Jerome (Maura West), who has drinks with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

There is also Lucas’ confrontation with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). If she won’t give her acceptance of Marco, then Lucas threatens to cut her out of his life, so stay tuned.
