‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview November 21: Britt’s Melts Down, Chase’s Evidence & Sonny Warns Gio

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, November 21, 2025! It shows Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) having a meltdown. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) tells Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he can prove Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) lied about his alibi.

1. Chase Drops Proof That Blows Up Michael’s Alibi – Chase arrives at Alexis’ office with a bombshell: he can prove Michael lied about being with Jacinda the night Drew was shot. With Nina confirming Michael’s manipulation and Jacinda tied to Ezra, Willow’s case takes a dramatic turn.

2. Britt Crumbles Under Deadly Pressure – Shaken after witnessing Sidwell kill Dalton, Britt falls apart when Jason questions her. Terrified and ready to crack, she tearfully admits she needs proof Jason is worth risking her life to tell the truth — hinting she may finally spill everything.

3. Sonny Warns Gio as Laura’s Nightmare Deepens – Sonny pulls Gio aside, urging him to see the bigger picture behind Dante’s anger. Meanwhile, Laura opens her trunk to find Dalton’s corpse, instantly realizing she’s being framed — and Sidwell and Ezra are ready to weaponize her connection to Sonny.

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Chase, who is investigating Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting during his personal time. It’s all to clear Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in the crime.

Chase shows up at Alexis’ office. The detective declares that he can prove that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) lied to the police about being with Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) that night.

Chase just learned that Michael forced Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to hire Jacinda. Then, the detective learned that Jacinda was with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) that night, not Michael.

Michael Corinthos’ Advice

As for Michael, he will have a chat with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). In a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, BLQ wonders if she could do with Gio what Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) did with Michael.

Sonny Corinthos’ Warning

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Gio opens up to Sonny. The mob boss will tell Gio that there are moving pieces that he isn’t taking into consideration. So, that  might help Gio get why Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is so angry right now. 

Britt Westbourne’s Meltdown

As for Britt, she was just escorted home by Pascal (Marc Forget) after Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) shot Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard). Britt is really shaken up and knows that her life is in grave danger. However, Sidwell and Pascal both warned Britt to keep her mouth shut. 

As Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) grills the brunette, she sobs and says, “I need to know that you’re worth me risking my life!” It sounds like she could be getting ready to confess everything!

Laura Collins’ Legal Hot Water

There is also Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The woman opens her trunk to find Dalton dead in there! Of course, the mayor knows she’s being framed.

However, it could be an uphill battle to prove her innocence. Sidwell and Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) will both use the Sonny angle to make things even worse for Laura, so stay tuned!
