‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview November 25: Britt Sounds the Alarm, Sonny Explodes & Nathan Urges Lulu to Run

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, November 25, 2025. It shows Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) visiting Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has a special request to ask of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Britt, who will go to juvi to visit Rocco. Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might not be too thrilled to hear about the visit! However, Britt really does mean well.

Britt is appalled when she sees Rocco’s injuries. Then, she warns him that “he” could make things worse for the jailed teenager. Britt is likely referring to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Sonny Corinthos’ Demand

Speaking of Sonny, he ends up going from visiting Rocco to dealing with Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). The mob moss explodes and tells the ADA that she better free Rocco or he will.

However, Justine can’t just go up there and open the cell door. The lady needs to follow the law, and sometimes it doesn’t act quickly.

Meanwhile, Liels has a favor to ask of Nina. The doctor requests that the blonde use her editorial powers for good.

Drew Cain Proposes

General Hospital spoilers reveal that on Tuesday, expect Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to issue a desperate marriage proposal once again. However, Willow looks more shocked than excited.

Elsewhere, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) blows up! Maybe he learns that people are discovering his alibi is fake? Or does this have to do with Drew’s marriage proposal?

Liz Baldwin’s Advocacy

At the hospital, Michael will have a chat with Liz. The nurse tries to encourage him to allow Willow to see the children.

However, Michael doesn’t seem to agree from the preview clip. The man is calm with Liz, but his face shows another story.

What Else to Expect

At Wyndemere, Ava Jerome (Maura West) spends more time with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). The man warns the blonde, “I’m not a very gracious loser.” Even with that admission, I’m sure Ava will have a seductive comeback for the villain.

Plus, Nathan rushes up to a stunned and alarmed Lulu. The detective says that he can’t stay, and neither can she! What is he talking about and what does this mean for their storylines?
