‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Thursday, January 15: Sizzling Surprise, Bad Romance, Laura’s Shutdown

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, January 15, 2026. It shows Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) having a sizzling surprise.

Is Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) getting into a bad romance? Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) shuts down a showdown.

Harrison Chase’s Guilt

Let’s start off with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). The detective will have an honest chat with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Although Chase thought he was doing the right thing at the time, he now has doubts about going so far to help Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

In the preview clip, the detective assumes Brook Lynn thinks he is a fool. However, BLQ likely reassures him that his heart was in the right place.

Lulu Spencer’s Confession

Over with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havings Bruening), she is panicked as she makes a confession. The blonde is clearly very rattled and apologizes to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Then, Lulu says that he must want to kill her for it to happen on her watch. So, it sounds like James West (Gary James Fuller) could get another injury.

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Sizzling Surprise

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that the preview clip also shows Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) showing up at Emma’s door.

When Emma appears wearing a skimpy outfit, GIo reminds her that it’s winter. That is when Emma grabs him to lead him to the bed!

Jason Morgan’s Bad Romance

Jason will take Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) out on a date. The two will do some ax throwing. However, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will try to tell Jason that Britt is going back down a dark road.

However, Carly expected Jason to respect her romance with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) months ago. So, Jason might tell her the same thing about his own personal life!

Laura Collins’ Shutdown

As for Laura, she plays peacekeeper. The woman shuts down an argument. The mayor declares that this has to stop!

Josslyn Jacks’ Warning

Back to Britt and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), they will have a little chat. The blonde warns the doctor that “he” always gets what he wants. It sounds like the two might be talking about Brennan.

It would be really interesting to see Josslyn and Britt form an alliance. While Josslyn never really has anything nice to say about Britt, pairing up could change her perspective a bit, so stay tuned!
