Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is forced to make a life-altering decision. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has orders for Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzen) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

As the teenagers listen with concern, the lady says if they don’t hear from her by 8 o’clock, then to call Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Grandmother’s Urging

Over with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), she has a heart-to-heart with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). The matriarch gently walks over to Gio.

With a softness in her usually harsh tone, Tracy urges Gio to listen to them.

Life-Altering Choice

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, June 30 reveal that the preview clip also features one man having to make a life-altering choice.

Just when Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) arrived with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in his trunk, Cassius/fake Nathan and Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) made their move. 

However, now Cassius faces a life-altering choice. Pointing his weapon at Sidwell, is he going to pull the trigger or do something else?

Sidwell tries to get fake Nathan to help him out of PC, but there’s no way he’s going to do that.

With people watching, fake Nathan’s future could depend on what he does at this moment. Of course, Sidwell is also keeping secrets for Cassius/fake Nathan.

At the same time, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) just learned that Nathan had a twin.

At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) urging, Felicia is supposed to investigate for James West’s (Gary James Fuller) sake. 

So, it seems about time for the secret to come out.  Of course, Cassius might have to find a way to redeem himself!

Hostages Fight

Over in captivity, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) don’t see eye-to-eye.

The blonde tells the doctor, “How could you possibly do that?!” 

Jack Brennan’s End?

Over at Turning Woods, Cullum shows up to kill Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

The man shows no remorse or guilt at all as he tells Jack, “Your end will be quick. Sooner than you think.”
