Maxie Jones’ Heart Failure

Let’s begin with Maxie, who suddenly collapsed after running skin cream on her neck. An ambulance was called when Maxie wouldn’t wake up.

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) worked feverishly to save Maxie. Thankfully, the crisis was over and Lucas told everyone that the patient just needed to wake up.

However, there seems to be a problem with Maxie’s recovery. Lucas says that she should have woken up by now in a preview clip. Then, Mac Scorpio (John. J. York) stands next to Felicia Scropio (Kristina Wagner) at the hospital.

While Felicia stands by her man, Mac asks Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) why would Maxie’s heart suddenly fail out of nowhere?

Lulu Spencer Rattled

Over with Lulu, she gets rattled. In the preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Lulu asks someone, “What are you saying?” I wonder if Lulu and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) could partner up to find out what really happened to Maxie.

Alexis Davis’ Bad News

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, August 20 reveal that Alexis has some bad legal news for Stella.

While Alexis does agree to take her on as a client, it’s not going to be easy. The lawyer tells Stella that her actions are what the insurance company defines as fraud.

Fans will also see Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) meet with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). The lawyer asks the congressman, “What are you going to do to accomplish that?” 

Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) angrily confronts Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). The mob boss demands answers and accuses her of targeting Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

While Turner told Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that Sonny is a criminal, she is more concerned about Drew’s extortion. Everyone in Port Charles already knows the man Sonny is, but a politician shouldn’t be running around abusing his power. 

Since Justine is all about justice, she can’t ignore overhearing Drew trying to extort Sonny. So, I wonder what the future holds for all three of these characters.
