General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Wednesday, February 4, 2026. It shows Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) opening up to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

On the Next General Hospital – Lulu Spencer’s Confession

Let’s start off with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). The woman kissed Nathan, then struggled over what to do. After all, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is alive but in a coma.

Lulu will end up confiding in Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The woman will tell the mayor about her feelings for Nathan, but her worries regarding Maxie. Laura will tell the journalist that there might be fewer roadblocks with Nathan than she thinks.

Nathan West’s Heart

Over with Nathan, he will make a confession to someone as well. The man will tell Nina that he has feelings for Lulu.

Just like Lulu, Nathan will worry about the problems and complications that could come up. However, Nina might offer Nathan some assurance, and tell him Maxie would understand.

Willow Cain Tait’s Next Move

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that the preview clip also shows Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) issues a warning.

The woman warns Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) that she hasn’t agreed to anything yet. However, she will sit down for mediation with Michael and the lawyers.

Sonny Corinthos Strategizes

There are also Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The two will put their heads together when it comes to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

That is when Sonny declares that the more information they can get, the easier it will be to take their enemy out.

Anna Devane’s Desperate Plea

Plus, Anna begs Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) to get her out of captivity to she can stop Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). However, Anna was freed for a reason.

Plus, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) already suggested that Anna might be having a mental break. So, it sounds like nobody will believe her, and maybe that’s the point.

Josslyn Jacks’ Investigation

Back in Port Charles, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will continue digging for dirt. While the blonde is a smart girl, I do worry that she’s biting off way more than she can chew. I’m not really sure if she’s truly deceiving Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke), so stay tuned.
