‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Wednesday, January 21: Isaiah Dismissed, Drew’s Fate, Chase vs Michael

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Wednesday, January 21, 2026! In the next episode, fans can expect Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to get into a brawl. What is Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) fate?

Plus, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) dismisses Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Drew Cain’s Fate

Let’s start off with Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). The two will be at the hospital when an emergency comes rolling in.

It is likely going to be Drew, who was just stabbed with a needle by Willow Tait Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Later in the week, Lucas has to give bad news to someone. It doesn’t sound like Drew will make it this time.

However, will anyone know or be able to prove that Willow is the one who did it? Does Willow act like the heartbroken widow, or will she make her evil transformation obvious?

Jason Morgan’s Date

In another wing of the hospital, expect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to stop by. That is when Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) lures Jason somewhere more private. It is also stated that Britt will ask Jason out on a date.

Michael Corinthos vs Harrison Chase

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Chase stops by to see Michael. While the detective is hoping to smooth things over, things get wild instead!

Michael makes a comment about how long until Chase is back in bed with Willow. Then, Chase responds by punching his rival in the face!

Tracy Quartermaine’s Toast

Over at Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) place, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) stops by. Nina will discuss the latest events with the woman. Tracy announces in a preview clip that karma finally arrived for Drew. So, that makes it sound like Drew doesn’t survive the attack.

Stella Henry vs Isaiah Gannon

At the hospital, Isaiah and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) exchange words. However, Stella tells the well-meaning surgeon that this is family business, and he’s not family!

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) confides in Ava Jerome (Maura West). However, later in the week, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) manages to manipulate Ava.

Elsewhere, Sonny announces that it’s going to be a big mistake. Could he be speaking to Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor) about Michael?
