General Hospital Spoilers: Reality Will Hit Lulu Hard As She Grapples With Loss All Around Her

General Hospital spoilers report Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is awake. While it’s happy news and everyone is rejoicing, no one can really relate to how she must be feeling right now, although everyone who loves her will sympathize. Waking up and being told you’ve been asleep for four years isn’t the kind of thing anyone ever expects to experience.

Having to wrap her mind around how she lost four years of her life, she may feel a bit guilty for being bitter over it when she’s still alive and knows she should be thankful for that. But nothing will prepare her for the heartache of learning just how much four years can rob you of when you don’t wake up.

General Hospital Spoilers — Charlotte Cassadine Is MIA, And Forever Changed

Hearing about the last four years of Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) life that she missed out on will be hard enough for Lulu, but hearing about it second-hand and not even from Charlotte because no one knows where she is will be even harder to process.

She may make demands that someone — anyone — find her daughter and bring her home. While it seems like that could be Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) job, she may be the last person who wants to engage with Lulu after she learns that Anna shot and nearly killed her daughter.

GH Spoilers – Suggest She’ll Never See Her Father Again

Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) died a few years ago, presumably. This is still highly contested by fans, although it’s not within the scope of the storyline around him. We’re all just supposed to accept that Luke died off-screen and we’ll never see him again.

Thus, we should be able to relate to Lulu well on this front. She too will have to accept that her dad is gone even though she wasn’t present to witness it and his body was never found. Will she struggle to accept this truth?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sam Mccall Is Gone, And She Took Part of Dante Falconeri With Her

Coping with Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death will be quite a challenge. Everyone is busy blaming themselves right now. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may be worried that Sam is dead because of him. Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) — Sam’s brother — fears he actually caused her death directly. Lulu could feel responsible.

After all, Sam never would’ve been under the knife had she not needed a liver transplant to survive.
