General Hospital Spoilers: Red-Hot Promo – Shocking Reveal, Critical Situation, Rough Confrontations

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, November 14-Friday, November 18 tease the search is on, the clock is ticking and warnings delivered! Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gives a warning, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) searches for a donor and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) confronted.

General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Spencer’s Warning

Carly warns a shocked Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is in town and she attacked Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). There is a lot of suspicion that Esmé could even be The Hook, as the victims of the attacks are all tied to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and her trial. Josslyn should be extra careful and Carly may even suggest she moves back home where there’s security, but she can’t because she has a secret.

Carly will discover Josslyn’s secret later this week and she’ll know just what to do. After all, Carly went through similar situations many times with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

GH Spoilers: Michael Corinthos’ Search

This week, Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will begin a search for her birth parents and close relatives in order to find a bone marrow donor. But that’s not the only search that Michael is likely to be involved in; he found a phone outside the gatehouse and it looks like he’s trying to call it.

The phone has gone dead and Michael likely realizes it’s Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) phone who he hasn’t been in contact with in at least two days. Dex must have been near the gatehouse but where did he go and why did he drop his phone? Will Michael also figure out Josslyn’s secret, that she’s been hiding a badly injured Dex?

General Hospital Spoilers: The Clock Is Ticking

Dex needs more than just basic first aid, and fast, as he’s been feverish, the signs of a raging infection from his gunshot “crease” as he called it to Josslyn. Now he’s unconscious and Josslyn checks his pulse, where she has him hidden in her dorm room taking care of him. He refused to go to GH and he refused to allow paramedics to treat him or an ambulance.

Now Josslyn will need some help but should she call Grandma Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman)? The clock is ticking for Dex, and he is probably going to need more than a nurse at this point, he’s going to need antibiotics at the least.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Cassadine Worries

At Wyndemere, Ava Cassadine (Maura West) worries, as she tells Nikolas that they have to find Esmé first. Little does she know Nikolas has the situation in hand and Esmé locked up in the north tower, where she had previously escaped by making a rope out of bed sheets. Nikolas won’t let that happen again, now Esmé has to sleep on a bare mattress and he’s likely put locks on the windows with keys.

Still, he looks pretty nervous but then he has to act nervous so Ava doesn’t suspect he knows more about Esmé’s location than he claims. At least now she doesn’t have to worry about being suspected of Esmé’s death, although she could still come back and accuse her of throwing her off the parapet.

GH Spoilers: Elizabeth Baldwin’s Confrontation

Ava may not suspect anything but Nikolas soon finds out that his oldest friend in Port Charles, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) does. He answers the castle door to a stern faced Elizabeth, who gets in his face and tells him he knows something. She asks him directly, where is Esmé? Elizabeth remembers Nikolas coming to the docks where she’d just been knocked out and bending over her.
