General Hospital Spoilers: Reiko — The Lovechild Of Heather And Jeff Webber?

General Hospital spoilers reveals all this talk of Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) lately has led many fans to speculate that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is going to find out her father had an affair with her boyfriend’s late wife. However, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) may be the smallest part of this storyline. He came later. When Elizabeth encountered Reiko and struggled with her atop the stairs, expressing the importance of Reiko leaving Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) alone, it comes across as though the two were having an affair and Elizabeth found out. Here’s why that story really doesn’t fit Liz’s life, and why we’re hoping it’s not the case.

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Weber Isn’t All That Invested In Her Parent’s Life

Would it traumatize any young girl to find out her father was cheating on her mother — and vice versa? Surely. Still, Elizabeth wasn’t terribly close to her parents as a teenager, and she’s not close to them now. In fact, she hasn’t seen them in more than twenty years. She’s not invested enough in her parent’s lives or marriage for her current crippling psyche to be blamed on a decades-old affair between two people she barely shows emotion for now. There must be more to the story.

GH Spoilers – Tease Jeff Webber Had Other Loves

Jeff Webber was once involved with Heather Webber (Alley Mills), and their relationship also began out of an affair when he was married to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleton). Heather’s first pregnancy with Jeff resulted in their son, Steven Lars (Scott Reeves) being born. A lengthy storyline followed in which Heather managed to sell her son to Peter Taylor (Craig Huebing) and Diana Taylor (Brooke Bundy) while letting Jeff think he had died. Heather then became the nanny for her son, hiding him away from Jeff. Through a convoluted string of events, Jeff came to be later married to Diana and discovered Steve was his son. Still, she hid it from him for some time.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Second Pregnancy

What didn’t get nearly as much traction was Heather’s second pregnancy by Jeff, which she said she miscarriage. Not long afterward, she was institutionalized. Is it possible Heather did not lose Jeff’s baby, and that this time it was a baby girl who would come to be named Reiko?
