General Hospital spoilers tease that District Attorney Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will contact the Feds with the intel he’s given about Peter August (Wes Ramsey) in an upcoming episode of GH!

As District Attorney, Robert Scorpio’s Powers Only Go So Far

As District Attorney, Robert Scorpio’s powers only go so far. Even his WSB contacts can’t do everything. Some things are out of Robert’s jurisdiction and he has to call in help from outside. In the case of getting Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) parole restrictions dropped in exchange for intel on Peter August, (Wes Ramsey), since she was convicted in a federal case for Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) death, he has to contact the Feds with the intel on Peter.

Part of what Peter is linked to is in his own jurisdiction and he will handle the charges on that part, but the disappearance of Drew Cain (Billy Miller) is partly international and partly Federal, since the U.S. Navy was involved in the search as well. The portion of Peter’s charges concerning Drew’s disappearance will have to be handled jointly by the WSB and Federal entities, likely NCIS since the Navy is involved.

Jason Morgan And Sam McCall, With The Help Of Dr. Hamilton Finn Have Info

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam, with the help of Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) who told what he knew about Peter having worked for Euro Tech at the same time as David Black (Lon Gowen) have successfully linked Peter to the disappearance of Drew and the two attempts on Dr. Andre Maddox’s (Anthony Montgomery) life. Jason had Bryce Henderson (Brian Gross) the first assassin all ready to talk and turn on Peter, and he would have had he not been killed by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) in his cell!

Robert and Jason both link Peter to Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and Drew’s disappearance and the first attempt on Andre’s life happened at the same time Peter was visiting Shiloh in Pentonville. Shiloh’s link to Drew was documented in his book, so that is public knowledge.

The Local Case Will Be Handled First, Then The Federal

The local case will be handled first, so that Peter can be apprehended and jailed while waiting for the local court and then the Federal court. Peter will have to be held in the Port Charles county jail and then remanded to the Feds for the Federal charges, and likely if found guilty be remanded to a Federal prison rather than Pentonville, which is overcrowded the way it is.

But Robert will get Sam’s parole case taken care of first so that the whole family, Sam, Jason and the kids can be together as he agreed to do. He is pretty sure that he has enough evidence now to make all the charges stick, although he and his ex-wife Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) relationship may be irretrievably broken, as may hers and Finn’s!
