General Hospital (GH) spoilers state that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could decide to run away, in light of how his life is spiraling at the moment. Will he skip town to protect himself and his parents?
Rocco Falconeri’s Mental Health
The General Hospital preview for the week of May 18-22 reveals a clip that shows Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) looking at her and Rocco’s passports.
There are also two bags packed at her front door. In the promo, Lulu tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she’s prepared so that she and Rocco can leave town – if need be.
Dante lets her know immediately that this would only happen, “Over his dead body”.
The co-parents will likely have another explosive confrontation, which may leave Rocco broken. He feels terrible about this situation.

Not only because of the trauma he faced while on the pier, and shooting WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but also over the fact that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was hauled away by the WSB for taking the blame.
Rocco feels terrible over what Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is going through as well. Another scene in the promo shows Rocco staring at his passport, so will he decide to spare Lulu and Dante the trouble and just run away?
Could Rocco Make Things Worse?
Sadly, if Rocco runs away, he could make his situation far worse. Rocco is completely naïve and lacks street smarts. Sure, he was once in juvie, but he still doesn’t understand how wicked the world is.
By running away on his own, he’ll have his parents wrought with worry. He could also encounter a ton of terrible people while out on the road.

Not to mention the fact that Cullum could deduce that Rocco shot him and end up hunting the teen down on his own.
If Cullum – or Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) finds Rocco before the PCPD (or his parents/loved ones) do, he’ll be in more danger than he bargained for!
