General Hospital Spoilers: Rumor Has It Chase Could Be Killed In The Line Of Duty Soon

General Hospital spoilers gush Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) might be the latest in a long line of characters who are on the chopping block in Port Charles.

We’ve had to endure some pretty painful losses over the last couple of years — including but not limited to Chase’s family, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).

Chase is the last man standing from his crew, and rumor has it he could be exiting stage left since a leak surfaced that a leading man is going to be leaving us soon — possibly permanently, or as permanently as things can get on GH. Does that mean Chase’s life is in danger? It sure might set the stage for what comes next.

Are Chase’s Days Numbered?

We haven’t seen Chase since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) suspended him from the PCPD following their brutal heart to heart about how the case had been handled.

Chase blamed Dante for favoring Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) during the investigation — a perspective Dante has now been forced to reconsider.

It would be a shame if something happens to Chase without Dante having the chance to clear the air with him.

At the same time, bringing him off suspension could end up making Dante feel culpable if he is killed in the line of duty. Suspicions are circulating that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) could end up being behind it all.

GH Spoilers Gossip Willow’s Brain Finally Breaks

We’ve just learned that Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is guilty of shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), even though no one but Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) know that yet.

While we know Willow was aware that she lied about her access to Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) gun, as well as shooting Drew, that doesn’t mean she was in her right mind when she shot him.

Could a mental break be in her future, and if so, might Chase’s death be the icing on that cake that keeps her locked up in Shady Brook while Michael raises their kids?

Brook Lynn’s Life Goes in a New Direction

Another reason it might make sense that Chase is the leading man on the GH chopping block is because his marriage to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has grown rather stale.

That’s not good, considering they have only been married for a year and a half.Without enough drama injected, most marriages don’t make it in Port Chuck!

These two can’t have their own children, and now Brook Lynn doesn’t even want to discuss adoption, despite reconciling with Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), because Chase can’t stop playing detective for Willow and risking his badge. Is his next adventure going to cost him his life?
