General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault May Have The Pull, But What’s In It For Him?
Cyrus seems to be like an octopus, with arms spreading out all around him on ABC General Hospital. He controlled his drug chain and his goons even from the confines of Pentonville Prison. It would not be surprising at all if he had minions entrenched in all kinds of places, even overseas! It has been theorized he may even be connected to Cassandra Pierce, (Jessica Tuck) who certainly had a drug operation overseas.
They could even be siblings, and she may still be alive, under his protection and care right there in Port Charles! He very well may have contacts within The Hague, which is a prison for international criminals in The Netherlands. But what would be in it for him, if he is the one who got Liesl released? Well, Liesl has lots of contacts all over the world too-and maybe she’s got some leverage over him!
Someone she knows very well in Port Charles who could seriously make trouble for Cyrus if he got on his bad side is Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). General Hospital spoilers show Cyrus obviously does not know Valentin, although Valentin knew Cassandra – and came to hate her!
General Hospital viewers will recall that Valentin was once a mercenary throughout Europe, and probably has many more connections than Cyrus! Liesl may have something on Cyrus and threatened him with siccing Valentin on him! Getting Britt the job at GH may have been icing on the cake – Liesl has been anxious to make amends with her.

GH Spoilers – Has Cyrus Renault Infiltrated The WSB?
One big question is, has Cyrus somehow infiltrated the WSB and got Liesl her job? General Hospital viewers were surprised to see her behind the desk at the WSB treatment facility where Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is! She’s the one running the show, it looks like. She obviously had Dr. Kirk (Christopher Cousins) hypnotize Dante to complete the mission.
General Hospital spoilers show the mission appears to be to take down Peter August aka Henrik Faison (Wes Ramsey) and Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) as well. Liesl claims she moved on from her obsession with Heinrik’s late father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). She considered Anna her romantic rival for years, but this revenge isn’t for that. It’s for Peter framing her for Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) murder and Anna’s helping in his cover-up. Cyrus may have gotten her out of The Hague, but whether he has any influence over the WSB is highly questionable.
She once was the lover of Victor Cassadine, (Thaao Penghlis) however. One has to wonder if he really died in that explosion of the Crichton-Clark clinic and if he’s regained his position as head of the WSB! That is the only contact Liesl could possibly have that could get her that job unless it’s Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché)!

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Cyrus may not know Valentin, but he might know Victor or have known him! Cyrus and Jerry may have worked together as well!

I think that it is possible that Cyrus has put Liesl in the position that she is in because he wants to get rid of Dante. Liesl has more than likely told Cyrus how bad she thinks that Peter is. Cyrus could help Liesl to go after Peter by using Dante to go after him. Then Peter kills Dante because he is going after him. Then Cyrus has gotten rid of Sonny's son which makes it even easier for him to take him down. However I do not believe that will happen because I do not believe that Peter will do anything to Dante because his not as bad as Liesl thinks that he is. I have no idea how Cyrus would have so much pull at the WSB unless he or one of his associates has taken it over from Frisco.
