General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that as Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) relationship with Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) grows increasingly complicated, he could attempt to avoid previous pitfalls with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and make a beeline for Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). Longtime GH fans know this could be due to the fact that Franco and Kim used to be a thing … and some believe “Friz” has simply fizzled out!
General Hospital Spoilers – Friz Is On The Outs
GH fans can probably agree that things haven’t really been so great in terms of the relationship shared by Franco and Elizabeth these days. While many feel that Franco and Elizabeth are a sweet couple, their financial woes do seem to be taking an emotional toll.
Elizabeth apparently cannot support her entire family on her nurse’s salary alone. Franco meanwhile has been eking out a subsistence-level income by teaching art to die kids at General Hospital. However, Franco and Elizabeth’s bills are going unpaid and kicked down the road.
Clearly, Franco’s been worried sick about their situation and GH viewers even saw him attempt to borrow a large sum of money at one point in order to smooth things out. Then everyone saw Elizabeth come into Franco’s little art area at General Hospital where he was going over all the bills and saw the two descend into a nasty blame game of a fight.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome Just Wants to Use Franco Baldwin
Some have been rooting for Franco to just go ahead and ditch Elizabeth since she’s treated all his efforts to help the family with a bad attitude. ls Ava simply wants to use his talent to boost the notoriety of her own art gallery.
The truth is, even though Franco and Ava did have a romantic past together at one point, Elizabeth does have a point. In order to really get some public relations juice flowing for his art career, Franco needs to do something big. Franco needs to gain attention. Ava knows how to do that, but it could cost Franco his currently good reputation. Ava’s plan would revisit all of the old evils that Franco once committed when he was imprinted with the memories of Drew Cain.
General Hospital Rumors & Spoilers – Franco Baldwin Needs Lovin from Kim Nero
Now, the last GH viewers saw of Kim Nero, she had started to go a bit batty ever since her son, Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) died. Kim left Port Charles and Franco behind. Here’s the rub … while some GH viewers believe that Franco and Kim could be good together if she returns to Port Charles, the truth is that she was never actually in love with the Franco that we all know and love today. Instead, Kim was in love with “Drew.”
Since Kim and Franco used to sleep together, some believe that Kim could come back to town with Franco’s child. However, this could actually blind-side Franco. Kim may not have any kind of emotional or mental connection with the Franco of today since he was freed from “Drew.”

The bottom line here is that while it’s possible that Kim could indeed make a return to the area, and with Franco in the middle of relationship problems with Elizabeth, a woman he clearly still loves…It’s not likely that Franco would find himself interested in Kim.

I would like to see Kim return. However I would not want Franco to be with Kim at all. I want Liz and Franco to stay together and have a baby. If Kim came back I would want her to be with Julian again. They could have a baby instead.
I don’t really see a need for Kim to come back. Of course, it would be better for her to return than to add another new character. GH is not lacking in characters, just need to utilize the ones we have! I am enjoying the veteran characters and their stories. Elizabeth is my favorite of all! She deserves good story lines and to be a leading lady! Liason Forever Fan!!!!!
Not necessarily. Didn’t care for the Liz/Franco pairing which has had its good and bad points, but to break the pairing because of something that Franco did unaware, is another useless unpairing of a couple. Couples do have problems and break up but on GH recently couples are separated just because they can be without sensible reason.
it seems you want more babies on canvas to be sent to the attic with all the other children that cannot have a story line written for them. Personally love babies in the right setting, but on GH canvas, children don’t have a place. To memory, Robin is the only child that has been seen from a very young age whereby viewers could watch her grow and mature.

Leave Kim where she is … Y’all implanted her into Franco and Liz’s life against outcry of your viewers. We want to see unity with the few couples that you have allowed to stay together. Lets see love and adventure with the couples together. Are the writers capable of creating storylines keeping the couples together to create drama. Don’t come up with these stupid storylines. I thought we might look for new writers while we’re sheltering at home …
I’m glad that Francosteins monster and Elizabeth are on the verge of breaking up she shouldn’t be married to Jason and Drews cousin she needs a new love interest in the form of Annas nephew and Robin and Peters cousin Aidan Devane played again by Aiden Turner Franco and Liz are toxic and boring.
Franco and Nelle would be an interesting couple.
