General Hospital spoilers suggest Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) isn’t dead. Shocking, we know. Could it be that one of the most sinister men Port Charles has ever known is still lurking in the shadows and waiting for the right time to make his move against the enemies he’s collected over the years?
General Hospital Spoilers —Ryan Chamberlain To Break Free From The Rules He Puts In Place For Himself
He’s rather good at playing that game of wait-and-see. But once in a while, something catastrophic enough happens that causes Ryan to break free from the rules he puts in place for himself and act a fool.
More recently, that catastrophe, as one can imagine, might be the death of his daughter — Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
With nothing left to show for his life but his grandchild, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), will Ryan be able to keep a lid on his feelings long enough to see his master plan through, or might he botch everything in a moment of fury?
GH Spoilers — Ryan Chamberlain Has Been On Simmer
The last time we saw Ryan, he had been shot by Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and was on his way to the morgue.
Somehow, the guy could still be alive, and we’d put money on it being his good-hearted twin brother with the God complex — Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) — who may have helped him survive this disastrous fate once again.
Might Kevin have realized during his goodbyes to his brother that he wasn’t dead, and found a way to get him to safety away from everyone else?
We wouldn’t be surprised, since Ryan’s safety has repeatedly concerned Kevin more than everyone else’s.
General Hospital Spoilers — Spencer Cassadiine Is Trapped
Meanwhile, Ryan being alive would tie in well with what went down in Paris on that barge. When Esme and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) fell overboard into the icy waters of the English Channel and were later presumed dead, we knew better.
We know Chavez is slated to return to the show, we know someone must be keeping him cooped up somewhere — and that likely means whoever it is has to have the financial means to do so as well as have been there, on-site, to have been able to rescue him or Esme. Was that person Ryan — saving Spencer’s life just to ruin it?
GH Spoilers —Ace Is The Golden Egg
Ryan wants his grandson, and he wants him right now. That kind of impulsiveness could end up biting him if he acts on emotion instead of strategically mapping out how he’s going to get his hands on Ace.
With Esme out of the way, she can no longer play gatekeeper to Ace.
We know Ryan had no real attachment to her after she disappointed him by not being enough like him post-amnesia. But Ace could be raised from the start to be just like his grandfather.
Will Ryan get his way, or will someone else get in his way first? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
